We are committed to providing you with the best possible prices. Hence, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 to customers residing within 48 continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Unlike many other companies, who claim to have free shipping, we do not add shipping cost to our product prices. Free shipping is truly free for you.

Processing Time

Order processing time (or the time between order submission and order shipment) is generally 1-2 business days; although it is not uncommon for the order to leave on the same day. This time is allowed for our manufacturers to fulfill the order.

Shipments

As soon as your order leaves manufacturer's warehouse, you will receive a courtesy e-mail with the shipment tracking number. Some orders might arrive in several separate shipments due to fulfillment from separate manufacturers' warehouses. In such case you will receive tracking numbers for each shipment. Note: Separate shipments will not increase the shipping cost to you (the shipping cost will be as though there was only one shipment.)

Shipment Problem Resolution

We are committed to fulfilling your orders correctly. Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to examine the contents of the package. If you find something missing or wrong with the item(s) you ordered, you may be entitled for a replacement or a refund. Before shipping the order back, please contact our customer service immediately for return instructions and return authorization number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you desire a refund and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Warranty Problem Resolution

Before purchasing a product, please note its warranty duration. If, during the use of the product, you are experiencing problems with it, your product may be replaced under warranty (if it is not past the warranty time.) Before shipping the product back, please contact our customer service. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
